All prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice.

Full payment is required before order processing.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Custom items are final sale unless defective.

Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
